Core Plus
We invest in well-located, high-quality properties with stable cash flows and potential for modest capital appreciation. For instance, we might acquire a prime office building with a strong tenant base and stable cash flows. Through targeted improvements to common areas or amenities, we can attract higher-paying tenants and increase the overall value of the asset.
Value-Add
We target underperforming properties with opportunities for enhancement through physical improvements, operational efficiencies, or repositioning. An example could be an older apartment complex in a desirable neighborhood. By renovating the units and adding modern amenities, we can significantly increase the property's value and rental income.
Develop-to-Core
